Cannot see globallff (Evernight server)

I am in channel globallff (I know this because the game tells me so and people have sent me tells in response to my queries on the channel).
The program says it is Userchat 1.
I have Userchat 1 checked in filters.

However, I cannot see anything posted in globallff (except my own posts).

I have tried leaving the channel and rejoining, and I have tried logging out and in again.

All to no avail.

I think this problem has been present since the chat servers went down the other day.

Can anyone help?
